Solvent is ethyl acetate, acetone, MEK,  the water content should be less than 0.03%, the alcohol content should be less than 0.02%, Ethyl acetate is recommended.

Operation Instruction:

Standard mix ratio: HT3135A to HT3135B=10:1, in case of high humidity circumstance, please add more hardener, please choose the proportion according to operation environment.

Dilution: add the solvent to the main agent, stir fully , then add the hardener ,please input all of the hardener , if can not , input some solvent into hardener barrel to wash out , then stir fully again .

Working concentration: 20-40%, best working concentration is 30%

The coating weight: the coated weight on dry base is generally 4.0-5.5g/, but should be changed by the type of film and the weight of the filler .

Evaporation: For evaporating the solvent completely, the drying tunnels should generate enough air speed , air volume and suitable temperature . If the drying device is three sections structure. The temperature from entrance to exit should be 50-60,60-70, 70-80 C.degree respectively.

It is recommended to raise the pressure and temperature as possible, but do it without damaging the film. The laminating rollers temperature : shall be set to 75-85 generally.

Curing: The products laminated will be cured at 50-60 C.degree for 72 hours.
